Reverse logistics is the process of collecting and properly disposing of unusable electronic equipment so that it can be reused or disposed of correctly. Legal responsibility for this process lies with retailers, distributors, importers, and consumers, who have a legal obligation to return products that can no longer be used.
If you have any Agres components that are obsolete and you don't know how to dispose of them, simply send the items via mail, free of charge! Contact our team of specialists to receive instructions.
The products received by Agres are sent to qualified service providers licensed by the competent environmental agencies, where they are dismantled and separated according to the components.
Everything that is recyclable is processed and sent to companies that can reuse these components as raw materials for other projects. If the material sent is not recyclable, it is disposed of correctly without harming the environment.
